Do recipients need to create an account?
No. Using the Data Share Link feature you generate a unique link per recipient that gives access only to their specific record. They click and fill in the form. No registration, no password, no friction. For repeat users you can also invite them to register for a full account.
What happens to my existing Excel formulas?
They are preserved exactly as built and run server-side on SpreadsheetWeb's calculation engine. Over 500 Excel formulas are supported. Recipients never see the file itself. Your logic and IP stay fully protected.
What input types are supported?
Text fields, number inputs, dropdowns, searchable dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, date pickers, file upload areas, and multi-select controls. Conditional logic can show or hide fields based on previous answers.
